Overview

CRBR epitaxial furnace tail gas purifier is a new generation of purifier which further increases the amount of dust and waste gas absorption on the basis of the CRB epitaxial furnace tail gas purifier independently developed by our company. It has many excellent characteristics such as low resistance, energy consumption, low noise, high purification rate, low cost, compact structure, beautiful appearance, convenient maintenance, safety and reliability.

Because CRBR epitaxial furnace tail gas purifier adopts the structure of the original CRB epitaxial furnace tail gas purifier, that is, it adopts two spray washing chambers and one packing column chamber, its purification performance is fully guaranteed. In addition, due to the increase of auxiliary fan suction treatment, the air volume of the purifier is increased from the original negative pressure of 300 ~ 500Pa to 20000Pa, which effectively solves the problem of dual working conditions such as a large amount of dust emission and a large amount of exhaust gas. The efficiency of the final treatment of dust, waste gas and water-soluble waste gas stream is still as high as 99%. Now this product has applied for invention patent.

Main application

CRBR epitaxial furnace tail gas purifier is mainly for the exhaust gas containing a lot of SiO2 dust, other dust and any water-soluble pollutants in the exhaust gas stream for special treatment.
