Sewage Tank Odor Control – Yancheng Kaiyuan Pharmaceutical

The Challenge:

Odor emissions were detected from the client's 2,500 TPD wastewater treatment station. The facility needed to seal all tanks and pools to collect exhaust gases for downstream RTO incineration treatment, while meeting strict local discharge standards (COD < 500 mg/L).

Key requirements included a durable, corrosion-resistant covering system compatible with harsh chemical environments and minimal long-term maintenance.

Our Solution:

Chaori delivered a custom FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) sealed cover system designed for source-level odor containment.

The arched covers are integrally molded in a single process, with internal reinforcement ribs for spans exceeding 10 meters. Installation used embedded lap joints or flange connections, secured with stainless steel fasteners for long-term reliability.

The system supports a load capacity of 400 kgf/m², allowing safe personnel access for routine inspection.

Exhaust gases are efficiently collected via ducting into a main pipeline, then directed to RTO incineration followed by terminal purification before atmospheric discharge.

Results Delivered:
